I finally found a weight monitoring app for the iPad, Watch Weight (69p), and I've plugged in all the data I have from my weekly weigh ins so far. Can anyone tell me how to make the best use of it? Thanks!
Hi there

I don't think anyone else is using that one, which is why you didn't get a reply yet? I'm using an android phone so have an app on there. If your app is like mine, you weigh every day and it will give you a trendline. On mine you can set over what period you want it to apply the trend..7 days is best. Mine allows me to set a goal and so it tells me how long to reach it. Last, it also tells me, based on the trend, how many calories per day below my TDEE I must have been eating to have created that weight loss (or if a gain, how many too much!), which is very helpful.

obviously I don't know if your app has these features but I hope that helps!
