Also, for anyone possibly interested in further reading on cellular metabolism (Yes, I do know that there's too many syllables in that two-word phrase) I highly recommend the books "Power, Sex and Suicide" and "Oxygen" by Nick Lane. You'll gain considerable insight into how our bodies use energy and how that very process affects aging. (We must also hope that the young lady in the link above sees good progress before that 5 year study completes.) 8-) !!

Yes, deleting old cells is what happens when you fast, so no need to take a pill!
