apparently ther are dangers in high intake of omega-6 PUFAs in the diet, High intake of PUFAs in the Western diet may be a culprit in the significant increase in inflammatory diseases, including cardiovascular disease, type 2 diabetes, obesity, cancer, autoimmune disease, and more.

Never really understood this Paelo stuf other than its about us as cavemen and cavewomen. Someone learn me :grin:

This is the reason Paleo folks go for grass fed meat and butter, coconut oils, olive oils rather than veg oils.

Then eat fish oils, etc.

I'm sure there'll be something on Mark's Daily Apple...
