I agree with you that sleep can be better if you eat later but the downside to that, for me anyway, is the advice given to those of us with problematic thyroids/adrenals is to eat earlier in daylight hours and try to avoid meals after dark - not always possible up here in the north during winter! The other advice is not to go longer than 16 hours without eating, this helps with circadian rhythms according to The Perfect Health website which our own Carorees has posted about. Trying to get the balance right is, for want of a better word, trying!
