Re: Breakfast or no breakfast?

I've always had breakfast after all the years of it being drummed into me that it was the most important meal of the day (for me that myth has now been blown out of the water :victory: I started 5:2ing with porridge for b'fast, fruit for lunch and soup in the evening - I've now progressed to nothing at all until the evening. I've absolutely amazed myself at how easy it now is - it took a bit of getting used to and I had to overcome headaches along the way - but now it's almost second nature. No more breakfasts for me unless it's a Saturday when we all try and sit round the table together for b'fast.
