Just a thought about the forum average weight loss stats. Will they not be distorted by people who have reached their target goal and are now on a maintenance programme?

I wouldn't like the average weekly weight loss to be decreased and for people to be discouraged when in fact the stats have fallen because people have reached their target weight.

Is this taken into account by the type of fasting that people state they are doing? (I think I might be answering my own question as I type it out! )

This question has been raised with Moogie and she was going to (may have already) sort it out so the data only pertained to those who were trying to lose weight. Not sure of the status of that project right now but as more people reach target it does need to be implemented.

I expect Moogie will pop along with a progress report on this soon ;-)

It's on my to-do list still :) Free time doesn't seem to have been as forthcoming as I might have hoped of late. Meanwhile there shouldn't be too many who are currently maintaining and throwing the figures. Sorry about the delay on this :(

No worries Moogie...I don't think there are enough people (yet) to affect the overall stats!
