Hi

Wondering if any of the Nerds have lists of all of the relevant fasting scientific studies? Be nice to be able to read them all in one spot. :like:

Cheers

Thanks PhilT - do u update it regularly?
update it if I find something or someone points one out. Have added several since the original. Additions welcome.
I was wondering whether we should have a number of 'library' threads in this 5:2 Labs section. The threads would collate the research into IF, fasting and thyroid, autophagy, mTOR, hormesis etc etc. Thoughts?

It sounds like a lot of work, but I think it's a fantastic idea. The forum has provided links to loads of intriguing studies, but some of them have appeared in sections other than the Lab and I, for one, would have a hard time tracking them down again. It would be great to have them in one centralised place, organized by topic. Also, that would make it easier to post additions and updates in an easy-to-find way.
