Sorry to off topic but where is DOMINIC? Anyone know if he's on his hols? I am missing his posts.
Hi dhana, how sweet of you to ask! No I am not on hols yet just haven't been around the forum much of late. Woke a bit early this morning so just finding out what's cooking here...
There you are!!!Waves happily!! So nice to see you're still around. I have noticed that most of the "maintenance" posters don't post so much, which is a pity really as it's probably the most important part of the process. Hope to be joining the exclusive, but ever growing band in a few weeks time.
Hi Dominic,
I have just received my book 'The Epigenetics Revolution' which was mentioned on one of the links you kindly provided. Hubs is well impressed as he never imagined in a million years that I would ever be interested in anything SO scientific. I now have lost it to him so not sure when I'll get to read it, might get him to post his opinion when he's finished.

Dhana,
I am a maintenance poster and feel I post more than enough for everyone, especially the rubbish bits but I know what you mean. Perhaps people feel that once they have reached their goal there is no longer anything to say but I'm sure newbies like to know that it is all possible no matter the drawbacks along the way so, with that in mind, you are all stuck with me, sorry!!!

Ballerina x
Ballerina that would be fun with your OH posting methinks he has a wry sense of humour too.
Actually, even I would love to read his posts as his e-mails to his friends are hilarious, makes me feel dull, ah well,

Why do you say so? If you refer to the fat mass% that difference is not statistically significant, on te other hand the difference in the waist measurement which probably translates to loss of visceral fat is significant and There is indeed improvement in some parameters that are associated with the metabolic syndrome.
