My shipment from Okinawa comes on Wednesday, so I'll get back to weighing regularly then. The gym scale shows that I'm over target but I'm not too worried yet. At least I'm going to the gym!

So my challenge this last week was to get me out of the danger area  I managed a 1.2lb loss, another 1lb pound this week will make me a happy 125 - my ideal weight
Recently I've been lax at recording on the tracker - time to pull my socks up and keep focused. :geek:

Thank you, @LIzbean. I have reset my tracker to show my goal as ten stone. I thought that, having got here, it may encourage me to maintain at ten stone in the future (fingers crossed)! I have resisted the temptation today to eat everything in sight but I did celebrate with muesli for breakfast, as I had cut breakfasts out in the last few weeks. It will be interesting to see how my weight is going forward.
All the best for now. Valerie

Where did November go?
I managed to lose 0.6lbs this week and pleased to be back at my optimum maintaining weight. My strategy for the upcoming festive season is to continue to fast and eat the foods I normally eat and enjoy all year round. After 11 months maintaining my focus is on reaching 12months. Thanks Santa

I saw 139.8 pounds on the scale this morning - just before leaving home for our holiday. I have maintained at or around this for a week, so an encouraging weight to aim for on our return in two weeks.
Good luck to my fellow maintainers while I'm gone ! Stay strong!

Maintenance Month 017

Goal weight 120 lbs, maintenance range 118 - 122 lbs, method 19/5 every day.

Entry weight 123 lbs, exit weight 121 lbs, average 122.6 lbs

Lowest 121 lbs (3 days), highest 125 lbs (1 day).

Much the same as last month. I am going to try for one 120 lb day before Christmas, just to prove I can still do it.

Congratulations on your sub 10 stone, @stowgateresident. Can you feel the difference?

Go for it @Barbarita
@Stowgateresident yeh, go you, congrats. Interested to know what made you go for a new goal after maintaining for such a long time. Was it because you had the time and you were in the right head space between your hols? It's a significant loss for someone maintaining. Well done and happy cruising

Last few gasps of wifi before we are out of sight of land. I will reflect and respond on my return! Bye for now!

I finished November on 75.7kgs after a hefty bout of Autumn Feed Syndrome and a slew of birthdays (cake).
Now that's behind me there's a couple of weeks before Christmas digs in to get the carbs down low and lose that taste for sugar again :0@
My waist has thickened to 35.75" unsurprisingly. Hey ho, or Ho Ho Ho, on we go to mid-winter and the shortest day then it will all magically improve :0)

November was a bit of a yo-yo for me! Some spells of cold weather turned on my appetite and I soon found out that it doesn't take much extra food to put on a few pounds. Highest recorded was 122.6 lbs but relieved to start December at under 120 lbs!

Too lazy to post twice, have said in December thread that I need to be realistic.
