Weight Maintenance

65 posts Page 5 of 5
I started maintenance last week as now 1lb below target. On Saturday weigh in I did gain half a pound but had eaten a takeaway that week so not too concerned. I have decided to try a straight forward 6:1 approach fasting on Thursday's. Will see how it goes and maybe go back to a 5:2 if the gain is too much.
Sounds like a good plan, @smargetts. Congratulations on reaching your goal!
Great to see you here @Smargetts!

@Nessie, I too have a sweet tooth.... and a savoury one as well
I've reached my target weight today, a year after starting. I did hit the target a few months ago but got complacent and lost interest in fasting so I quickly put a bit of weight back on. I think I am intending to keep up 2 fasts a week at the moment and see what happens, I'm keen to keep fasting anyway. So I'll see where it takes me.
Oh double congratulations in order then @Loulou51! Reaching your target and your fastiversary this week, fabulous achievement!
