Weight Maintenance

Here came the day when I can finally say that I'm going into maintenance. My journey was sometimes easy, sometimes a struggle. Before, I was never more than a few pounds overweight but it's the first time in my adult life when I weigh this much and I really do enjoy my new body. :smile:

I will continue fasting 5:2 style until I'm confident I can switch to 6:1 or 8:16 completely.

Also I'm going to start weight training this week. That may have an effect on my weight, although it's hard to say which way of the scales I'll be heading. Time will tell.

Well done! Be sure to take measurements before you start your weight training. You WILL gain weight as you gain muscle but you will also tone and tighten. It's not as important as what the scales say as long as you are feeling and looking great. :)
Thank you for your words of encouragement! I owe a lot to this forum and its members. Every time I stumbled across some difficulties I turned here for advice and inspiration (although not necessarily posting myself, just learning from other peoples' experiences and advice) and the forum has never failed to deliver.
