Maintenance

I hit my 9 1/2 stone target last week, and took a week off to celebrate!
Now starting a maintenance diet of 1 regular fast day (500 calories), plus 1 day of 12-18 hours complete fast followed by a normal dinner. Anyone else doing the same?

Sort of - but going easier on the calories on fast days, aiming to have a good meal at night and a fat/protein lunch (which I never had when dieting). I have considerably overshot my target so now have room to experiment a bit - not far behind you in weight!

Congrats on reaching your target Lisamccann (and Pete of course!)
I'm doing a 1 day fast with 500 cals on Monday, plus a half fast on Thursdays with a normal dinner (which is never very much). I sometimes skip lunch (like today) but then I did that before starting the 5:2. Seems to be working so far. If I really over eat at the weekend I do 2 proper fasts as before when tryng to lose weight. It is a really easy WOE to maintain and I actually enjoy fasting on Mondays!
