As some of you know (thanks again for all of your encouraging comments) I felt I was having a little trouble with this WOE.
Yesterday was my fifth day of 'feasting' and after binging on a whole tub of dip and packet of crackers :/ I realised I do NOT want to do that every day!
Therefore I am having today as a 'healthy eating/low cal' day with yummy salad, fruit and vege, and tomorrow I am going to have a successful fast!
I can do this!! I've missed one fast, that's all.
