My hubby and I went away for 10 days and been back a week now and weighed my self b4 I left home and I was 10stone 3LB and managed a fast day while away and only had one fresh cream cake and 1 lovely Baguettefrom a farm shop which was local ( very pleased with myself as normally have a cake every day) the day awe came back I had a fast day and weighed myself the next day and was 10' 2 and 3/4LBs.
Will weigh in the morning to see what I am,but it getting harder to keep the weight off now as Not getting much walking in because of this horrible weather rain and gales and feel a bit down that Im not getting my daily steps of 10,000 in :-(

Well done @mariondot40. Why don't you come over to the walking tent for some inspiration to get out walking in the cold. There are quite a few winter walkers. I am trying to do 10,000 steps at least 4 times a week and it helps motivate me. My excuse is 'it's too hot!"

Hello @mariondot40, you are having a good start to the year eating-wise. Don't let the foul weather put you off your 10,000 steps. I always used to find an excuse not to go out, even in June, but so far I have bundled up and headed out ievery day this year, even the gales and sleet. I need those feel-good hormones, and also to bore everyone on the What exercise have you done today? thread!
