I had ten days of working away from home as an interim Press Officer for the Fastnet Race working in Cowes and Plymouth and eating so much rubbish it was embarrassing :curse: . I then had a week at home in recovery  and then a week on holiday in Ireland :clover: . I put on around 2 kilos  but have just weighed for the first time since early September and have lost 0.8 kilos or 1.7lbs this week, so am feeling mightily relieved. It feels good to be back on track.
