These windows are brilliant. Keep going guys.
Barn doors, stable doors, velux's and patio doors all open wide.
No food til lunch time works for me.

Gee wiz there's a surfeit of chocolate in this house that is sinking me fast ~ 11st 9 lbs today :0@
OH valiantly doing his best to consume it too, though his tummy is still off.
Normality will be regained and some strict fasting will begin 2015, promise :0)

Still on the eating windows. I have not been eating after lunch time and have been absolutely fine. Not much temptation in the house this year. OH has announced he wants to lose weight - he won't fast but I have cut his sugar and carbs back and he has lost a pound a day since Christmas Day - doesn't it make you mad?!

Yes, it makes me very MAD. I only have to "announce" I'm fasting or dieting or cutting back, or whatever, and my husband loses weight!!!!!!!
