I am speechless Julie, i dont know where to start..so many things
But on fast days at odd times i get an almost irresistible urge to put my face into a big vat of thick cream, tho of course there never happens to be a vat handy ..
Maybe i dont have enough fat in my diet... :dazed:
Ummmm I haven't really experienced too many cravings when fasting- cake and sweet things I guess. But I've noticed if there's something I really want on a fast day, when it comes to my feed day I don't want it any more, so I never end up eating the thing I wanted anyway lol, psychology is a pain sometimes
Carbs!
Last night I just needed avocado on toast and I failed that fast day but it was so worth it although I could have eaten another 2 slices!
I also, always want baked beans with those mini sausages in. But then I always forget to buy them on a feast day. I'm having them for dinner tomorrow though, I've decided! Lol.
Last night I had mad fantasies about a light fluffy Victoria sponge with jam and cream, and I don't even like them!
Haha wineoclock, took the word out of my mouth!
