@CandiceMarie I'm very impressed with your 600calories on a feed day!!!! I'd call that a good fastday some weeks so maybe you've already done back2back this week, especially if you found yourself a different snack for later that's a blinking low carb day too. :heart:
Just a few tweaks at first.

I sometimes get a spinney feeling and go a bit light headed on a fast day usually a monday after 3 feed days so think it might have something to do with that. I usually just have a couple of snack cracker biscuits and a drink of water and that seems to help.
