Thanks all of you - first present was a good lie-in!

Yes, there are several celebrations over the next few days - fortunately I was at target weight a few minutes ago, not sure if that will last but we know how to fix it!

Happiest of happy birthdays Pete, have a super day and a great year {{{+}}} :0)

Eat real food. Not too much. Mostly plants.
Embracing 16:8 by eating between 11am - 7pm.
Keeping carbs down low, my daily protein aim is 80g and mindfully enjoying the good fats of organic extra virgin olive oil and organic butter.
Always look on the bright side of life :0)
