Well done you Magnificent March Equinoxers!
You are all winners for taking up the challenge! :victory:
Hum I was 65 kilos on the last day of the challenge, so at the top of my maintenance range too, the yoga didn't go so well...
Congratulations to everyone who made it and everyone who participated and thanks MaryAnn for running, I was gaining weight at the start of the challenge and now my weight is very stable even if a bit higher than I would like to be, so thanks for getting me back on track!
Last check in from #12 .. I have stuck at 9st4.8 so I have missed my target by 2.8 pounds :-(

On the upside I am pleased with the nearly 5 pounds I have lost so big thanks to @MaryAnn for running the challenge it has been a really good motivator for me and I look forward to the next one :-)

Congratulations to everyone who did meet target :like:
Congratulations to everyone who made it!.
I am having a really hard time getting on the wagon again I didn't meet my goal for the challenge.
Hopefully on the next challenge I will be able to stick to my fasts :(
