I love Greek yogurt and will be incorporating it into my down days. I can buy small cartons of 100 calorie Greek yogurt/fruit on the bottom for around .89 each and it has 12g of protein, which is decent :) I've looked into making my own (crock pot method), but I don't eat it every day, so I don't know how much would end up going to waste?

I love the TOTAL 2% fat greek yogurt. It is not always sold in the supermarket - I get mine from Waitrose or Ocado. It is so creamy and feels like a real treat. Great for sweet or savoury dishes. Much more creamy than 0% fat (and now that fat is no longer the enemy....) but doesn't feel as naughty as the full fat version.

2% TOTAL with fruit is now my dessert of choice. Mmmmm!
