General 5:2 and Fasting Chat

I generally fast on Mon & Weds, I'd prefer to do Mon & Thurs, but I work until 7.30pm on a Thurs and I'm on my feet for the entire day, I'm always concerned I'll get a bit weak and feeble by the evening!

I eat bran flakes with semi skimmed milk in a morning (205 cals), as late as possible (normally about 10.30am) and then a 300 cal meal (usually soup) at around 5pm then nothing til the next morning.

Lots of herbal tea (especially green) and water through the day.
What about you?
Monday and Thursday
Have settled into porridge for breakfast about 7.30am and soup with a thin slice of toast for supper around 7.30 pm. I drink black coffee and water during the day. At the moment this working for me.
I usually fast on Monday & Friday but this week fasted yesterday & will again on Friday. I eat one meal on fast days in the evening & reserve some calories for a hot chocolate before bed. When I first fasted I found sleeping difficult & Dr M had suggested a glass of milk but a hot chocolate made with water is fewer calories & works just as well.
Monday and Wednesday for me. 25g porridge (with water) for breakfast about 7am, black tea and water during the day, then dinner about 6pm (I can't wait much longer) - usually a HUGE bowl of homemade veg soup and 2/3 dry cream crackers - that just about sees me through! I'm shedding, on average, 1.5 lbs a week :)
Monday and Thursday for me, no solids at all, a few calories in semi skimmed milk with my tea. Crashed and burned this Monday, so I fasted yesterday instead.
What boaz does.
My days vary depending on what I have planned socially for the week.
I have all my calories in the evening as once I start eating in the day I find it hard to stop.
I'm not finding it difficult to go through without anything until around 5.30 or 6 o'clock on a fast day.
I find non fast days much harder to manage.
Mondays & Fridays for me. Still a secret 5:2er so try to keep most of my calories for evening meal with a bovril drink mid afternoon.
Tuesday and Thursdays for me. I don't eat anything from 7pm the previous evening. I drink water until lunchtime then have a black coffee at 2pm and a white coffee at 4pm. have my full 600 calories at 7pm on fast days.
