I generally fast on Mon & Weds, I'd prefer to do Mon & Thurs, but I work until 7.30pm on a Thurs and I'm on my feet for the entire day, I'm always concerned I'll get a bit weak and feeble by the evening!
I eat bran flakes with semi skimmed milk in a morning (205 cals), as late as possible (normally about 10.30am) and then a 300 cal meal (usually soup) at around 5pm then nothing til the next morning.
Lots of herbal tea (especially green) and water through the day.
