Well done that is a fantastic achievement!
That's brilliant news. Go Kaz go!
Well done Kaz
My BMI is 35.88 so I am also joining you in the obese category trying to get down to 29 which will then be just into the overweight category & then on down until I reach a more healthy weight. I have lost 19lbs since Christmas & I am in it for the long term. You can do it as well with the encouragement from everyone on the forum. So keep posting your progress.

Outstanding work, Kaz.
Hi Kaz,
I am on the cusp (33) and we can definitely do it! This diet works! I have finally learned how to control my hunger.

Fantastic Kaz, onwards and downwards!
Welldone, very inspiring
well done kaz - I am dropping BMI points but still a long way to go to reach "overweight"
Trillions of congratulations from me too!!!
Well done Kaz and really well done for taking the first step...and the next...and soon you will reach your goal. Well done
Congratulations Kaz, on moving out of morbidly obese! I am in that category, just started a week ago and haven't weighed myself yet but I know it will take a while. I will be happy with steady downward progress over the long run.
But I may need some shoreing up if I'm not down some times!

Such inspiring stories here.
How is everyone on this thread going. Prompted to write in it after my friend recently reported major weight loss after the awful and undesirable alternative of stomach surgery. If only they had discovered 5-2 first. Much better idea than the big knife.
