OMG.
You have an unhealthy relationship with food, but of course you know this! The stuff you bought yesterday was just the worst for establishing any sort of dietary balance, but of course you know this. Stopping eating altogether today is not a solution either because it is just part of the vicious cycle into which you seem to have been sucked, but you probably know this too.
Please stop trying to follow 5:2, and please stop eating all this sugary junk and instead eat as much as you like (even now, today!) of some healthier stuff. I do understand that that is easier for me to say than for you to do, but if you were able to do this I think you might start to get a bit of control over what is happening.
I think you really need some professional help going beyond dietary advice, please do explain everything to the doctor and I hope she/he can get you some serious assistance.
The really good thing is that you have the courage to fess up as you have so bravely done here, and admitting you have a problem is the most important first step towards recovery.
Hope this is some help and doesn't come across as too hard...
