I agree with everything that has been said so far particularly with
1. It's OK to feel hungry because you do not collapse in a heap.
2. You do not need to eat breakfast and
3. I have become more patient with myself because this is a slow WOE for me & I can & am tolerating taking a much longer time period to lose all my extra weight than I ever thought possible. 5:2ing & 16:8ing have become a manageable WOL.
