I have lost about 10lbs in 9 weeks. Don't weigh myself religiously though as am goin by clothes fitting etc but still, whilst it's slow, it's working!

I have lost 10 lbs in 3 weeks. you can check out my progress tracker. i started at 166 lbs. and today weighed in at 155.5 lbs. I am doing the 2 day fast but have become very conscious of what i am eating the other days. and i have cut out the needless snacking that i tended to do even when i wasn't hungry.
As of today's weigh in lost 17.5 lbs in 7 weeks. Doing the 4:3 from start and watching what I eat on non-fast days. Plus moderate exercise and 3 times a week doing the 20 second x 3 all out on the exercise bike to raise pulse.
