I've often had those kinds of calories on feed days, I've tended to balance it with a coupe of days at 1700 ish and weight loss was, if anything, better than having 2000 every feed day. I wouldn't worry at all and definitely don't over compensate for the big eating days - go with your hunger and make good choices so you don't feed the sugar monster and it'll all balance out in the end!

If you are stressing the body by being up all night, then you need to eat. I've done nights, it knackers your eating patterns enough without the complication of fasting.

Panic not, battle on for a couple of months and it'll all be easier. Munchies will go away!
