I'm back!
13 Apr 2013, 14:43
Well, I'm afraid that, due to several family problems, I just didn't have the heart to adhere to the fasting last week. (Just felt I needed the comfort of normal eating). However, I'm relieved to see that the sky hasn't fallen in (!) and that I haven't put on any of the weight I had lost previously! I'm determined to get back on track this week as I can't risk undoing the health benefits and weight loss of the last few months. (If this was a 'normal' diet, I'm sure this would be the point at which I'd give up). Good luck to everyone following this WOE!

Welcome back! Hope the family problems are all resolved now and that you can get back on track. Great to know you didn't put any weight back on despite your break!

It's good that you just missed one week.

I was on 5:2 for a whole month and lost 7 1/2 lbs. Then I stopped for a month and gained back 5 1/2 of them. Lesson learned. This is not another diet; it's an eating plan for life.

What's a week compared to eternity?
Welcome back and my best wishes for everything to be A-OK with your problems!!!
