I prefer nothing besides hot chai tea with a splash of coconut creamer. My OH prefers something more so usually a 2 egg white omelet and small serving of fruit.
I usually have a sachet of "Oats So Simple" porridge which I make with water, (130 cals) and add about six blueberries to it. This keeps me full up until lunch when have a very low calorie soup, which, together with an apple during the afternoon, keeps me going until my evening meal.
Egg white (2-3) omelet with dried herbs and grilled tomato and/or asparagus, black or herbal tea (can get away with 50 - 60 calories, which leave you plenty for the rest of the day).
I only have green tea but my mum always has eggs 1 whole plus 1 egg white and bacon omelette seem to work for her, myself I've tried and it triggers my hunger making fast day very hard myself .
No breakfast for me too. Eating breakfast makes me feel hungrier at lunchtime and eating lunch makes me feel hungrier around 4pm. The only way for me to cope with the fast days is to eat nothing until dinner and make that fairly late too. Once I eat anything, I feel full for just a short time and then that turns into a greater hunger than before. Black coffee helps enormously to quell the appetite though!
I'm another who finds it easier to have no breakfast on fast days. I've just served my B&B guests with a delicious full English too!
No breakfast for me as well, it's much easier that way. So coffee or tea without milk or sugar and I keep all the calories for the evening.
One consequence of it is I miss breakfast so I tend to eat breakfast for dinner on feast day. Last week I made 2 giant pancakes with fruits and a bit of toffee on top for dinner

I used to have a poached egg on a large mushroom with a twist of pepper and Himalayan salt. Eaten slowly and mindfully. Yum yum yum, think only 80 cals. I soon migrated to no breakfast and starting eating at lunch time with the soup recipes on this forum. So my answer now is nothing for breakfast but a couple of cups of tea and many herb teas until lunch
All the best

One thing I forgot, on fast day, as soon as I get up, I drink a fresh lemon juice. It helps cleanse the body and I only take my coffee 30 minutes later
I have found it easier not to eat breakfast on fast days.
No breakfast for me either!
I have a glass of water and 50mls of almond milk to take some medication when I get up( after I've weighed myself)
then herb tea and one or two black coffees till 6pm-ish when I have my dinner of about 450cals.
I'm lucky that I don't get hungry after dinner and feel fine till bedtime.
I do get hungry about 3-4pm but prefer to last out till early dinner.

I have a soft-boiled egg. And sometimes fruit.
I spend quite a few of my fast day calories on breakfast...approx 200. I make my own mix of oats, chia seeds, dried fruit and nuts with coconut/almond milk (unsweetened). I've found that if I don't have something in the morning on a fast day then I'm tempted to snack after dinner, and sometimes that temptation is too strong.
At the beginning of this WOE I would have porridge made with water , but now I just drink water and perhaps a couple cups of tea through the day and I just have an evening meal I really do prefer this
