My "coping strategy" mistake

5 to 6 nights a week, driving to Tesco express around 9.00 pm, then eating two snack sized Melton Mowbray pork pies on the way home (so other half wouldn't know), then downing several large bottles of Stella and eating the large (and very cheap) packets of peanuts: For two months!

Anyhow, guess I'm back 5:2ing it again...
I have gummy vitamin c chews that I was using to take the edge off my first fast days, then realized one serving was 40 cals & I was having two or three servings. Sigh. Now I stick to sugar free gum. I must say I'm looking forward to the first time my pants fall off!
a non-food one:
wearing a pair of too-small tights to work, stopping off at Tesco on the way home, not bothering to go to the loo to hitch them up on the way in then realising as I am going round the store that they are rolling southwards.....eventually having to find a deserted corner and whip them off before they started to appear around my knees below my dress! Please God there was no CCTV on the spot I relieved myself of them!
