With it being the hols last week and the hubster also being off, I decided to not bother fasting as we were planning this and that and if would've just been awkward. I drank a bit more than usual, went out for lunch and had an obscenely awesome dessert, went to a wedding, more drinking etc but don't think I went too mad. Anyway since weighing in the previous Saturday at 10 stone 7 I've gone up to 10 stone 13
Is this normal? Do any of you find if you have a week off that you pile it on? I find this a bit worrying as far as maintaining goes. I'm hoping to go 6:1 if/when I ever reach target but this isn't looking too promising.
