Oh those are great guys; it's good to know you both do exercise and save yourself for the evening, so I must be doing that right! And Callyanna, quite right about you guys being a key form of motivation. And having meals readily prepared seems particularly useful. Thanks!! :) xx
Hi:

Thoughts really:

There is nothing wrong with being hungry;
There is nothing bad about being hungry;
There is nothing dangerous about being hungry;
Being hungry will not kill me;
Being hungry can be beneficial for my health.

You can substitute 'not eating today' for 'being hungry' if you want.

Good Luck!
1. Keeping busy
2. Tea
3. Knowing that fasting is part of how it works, so even if I eat something small I'm messing it up.

Mine will change for me, so any combo of 5 things.

At the moment, Cannot stomach weak or any black coffee , it just reminds me I'm hungry so one skim scant milk tea mid morning. lots of water, warmer weather, that boiled egg at 3-4 pm, 300 cal dinner, and some cut up cucumber with salt somewhere in there and 3 more cups of skim milk tea.Milk tea is my sanity. Not having milk tea hurts more than being hungry.
