The upside is that I didn't have that level of positive comment or 'attagirl' to lose when I went into maintenance and I know that some maintainers miss the stream of positive comments and support once people stop commenting on it or do so less frequently. I didn't have it, so didn't lose it, IYSWIM.

Hi SSure I am new to this forum. I have been on 5:2 for 9 weeks and hav lost 7kg (about 15 lb I think) I was interested to read your note above about migrain control. Can you tell me a little more please as I suffer with migrain approx every 3 weeks however have noticed that they are a lot less servere since starting 5:2.
