General 5:2 and Fasting Chat

For me the No1 is my boobs :-( , they have shrunk with more cm than the rest. So much I think I need to get some new bras :bugeyes:
No2 is my cheeks, the bit under the chin is gone - hurray and now my quite prominent cheekbones are starting to re-emerge.
The waist is worse, well in fact I never had much of one, the ribs and then the hips in almost one stroke. But that part in the middle takes forever to shrink...

Which parts of you are the quickest to shrink and what not?

My bum went first! but I put a lot of that down to running.
My boobs are vanishing, it has cost me a fortune in bras as I keep thinking I have found my final size (38DD down to a 36C)
My watch now hangs off my wrist and I can get my wedding ring off for the first time in years.
Great thread Wolfie. Boobs every time and I didn't have that much to begin with. Not fair!
Boobs too !

Face is slimmer and a smidge of waist appearing (apple shape).

Judging by the way my trousers are hanging off me, I guess some off the legs !
True answer everywhere but the most has come off above the waist.

Yes! Everywhere for me too, but the drama for me is all about my belly button waist measurement! Yay :victory: ! Going down there is my biggest goal and where I feel the most motivated. Down 4 inches!
Ditto to all the above face, neck, shoulders, arms, boobs, waist, tummy :( , b*m, thighs, calves, ankles :)

Slow is my spare tyre.

It is as though you are melting evenly all over and even if scales don't say you notice eg my arms are much thinner I noticed a couple of days ago.
I've been weightlifting and am an hourglass figure for the first time ever. Shoulders are bigger and bum is going.

It's great.
Well of course the boobs - one place I don't need to lose! Face is slimmer and so are the arms.

My waist doesn't seem to have changed at all, even though I'm down 25 lbs!
When I gave up white carbs, I was amazed how my muffin-top belly became a washboard within about 4 days!
I've been lucky, my boobs have stayed the same for the first time ever, I've probably lost the most from my thighs, which is great as I'm pear shaped. For me anyway I've found that I've lost all over but from the fattest places first!
Boobs are shrinking and watch wiggles about very annoying when doing aerobics class and running.
wrist.. seriously... had two links taken off my watch and its loose again now
Also my feet have gone from a 36 to a 35
