I'm around - I took a few months off and managed to maintain for a while without fasting. I'm back to it after gaining a kilo (which is really not bad at all!), mainly just to get my head back into eating intuitively and not gorging on chocolate and chips!!

Work is also heating up so I don't have a lot of time available for the forum - which is not a bad thing but my stress levels are skyhigh too. Looking forward to finishing my thesis in October and taking 3 weeks off to travel in November. It's a bit ridiculous to be looking ahead so much but it'll get me through winter!
