Yes I do eat carbs but not usually processed or refined! I will try and get a grip! Thank you as you say it will pass I am sure!
I'm the same Pussygalore! I found myself ordering peanut butter on granary toast for breakfast last week when I'd usually only ever eat porridge and a banana! Agree with you when you say you think you might be testing the diet, I think that's what I was doing! After dieting all of Jan it felt like freedom to eat whatever. Having said that, I started 5:2 last week, then had a 3 day weekend in Brussels where I gorged on (amazing) food and beer, came back, weighed myself, discovered I was 4lbs heavier. That was the slap in the face I needed to check myself when eating!

I am going to keep on without counting calories though. My opinion is that if you actually listen to your body, fully acknowledge and chew your food, whilst avoiding sugar, it's quite hard to overeat. Plus we have the rest of our lives to experiment with and tweak this new WOE.
