It's Lent and I was kind of planning to swap to 4:3 till Easter. But my Big fear it's I'll stop losing weight when back 5:2. Mimi Spencer said in the book something like to do 4:3 sometimes because the body could get tired (Oh Where is it?). Gonna have a good meal tonight so planning to do an extra fast on Saturday.

Well I wouldn't worry if I were you. It sounds like voodoo to me, but maybe I will think differently when I hit my plateau...
