100 days and 23lbs/10.43kg lost
03 Jun 2014, 21:04
I thought that I should record some of my starting stats and compare them to my "100 days later" stats. I am 5'8" / 1.73m and female. I started the couch to 5k programme the same day I started this WOE. I am still running, but not too much. Just 30 or 40 mins 2 to 3 times per week covering 3.5k to 5k each time. I am about 2lbs away from goal of 147lbs now, but considering revising this to 140lbs.

.......................Start........now
Weight.......... 172lbs ..........149lbs
Waist ............36in................31in
Hips ..............42in................39in
BMI ...............26.07..............22.58

Wow @Scubachick - your pictures tell such a story! Absolutely brilliantly well done you!

For some reason, there was no facility to reply to your post! It could just be me & my iPad, but I thought I'd write something here in case you were feeling a little unloved due to a lack of feedback.

Great idea to show us the changes in your measurements too - that puts things sharply in perspective for the rest of us...and is very inspirational. To see what is possible in just 100 days...is amazing!

Many thanks!

Fantastic story and pics @scubachick!

@Hazelnut20 the inspirational stories section was meant to be stand-alone stories and all posts need approval by a moderator. It was meant to be a kind of read-only section with the before and after board being the place for threads with comments. However, we now have several different places to post these kinds of stories so I think we need to discuss whether we can perhaps rearrange things a little as it is getting confusing!
Wow @scubachick You don't need to tell us which is the before and after we can all see the difference.
Well done and thanks for sharing you look absolutely amazing be very proud of all you've achieved. :clover:
Great pics Scooby! i'd be happy enough to look like you did before, never mind after! :like: x
I noticed that it had been posted on a 'no reply available' thread so I'm glad to see that we can now post replies. Your photographs speak volumes, very, very well done,

Ballerina x
Wit woo scooby. good job girl. :victory:
Congrats scubachick! Seems amazing what focused diet & exercise can do in 100 days. Thanks for sharing - onward & downward.
Ah shucks, thanks for all the lovely comments. I must admit that I thought very long and hard before posting the images. Still not sure about it! but I might have to change my avatar, as I'm not quite so voluptuous now.

When I eventually decided to post I had problems. In the "before and after" section the images wouldnt load. Or else I was doing something arseways. I hadnt realised my post here needed to be approved and that there would be problems with replies. Sorry Moogie for the extra work
Brilliant results scubachick, very impressive pix, totally inspirational x
Looking fantastic @scubachick, congratulations and well done!
Very impressive!
