Re: BEAN'S FILM AND TV!

I love How I Met Your Mother, and am pretty bummed that it will be ending next Monday!

My other favorite show right now is Parenthood - really good.

Ahhhh glad you're watching Breaking Bad @Wolfie. Yes, there is a lot of humour in it! Hope you stick with it

Candy? I don't think Peter Strauss is the one I was in about. No, this guy had dark hair and dark moustache and used to be in a lot of goings at that time.

Yes, I was surprised when I heard it was the end of Silk. Now there's another bit of eye candy: Rupert Penry-jones. Not so long ago I tweeted one of my favourite authors, Susan Hill and suggested RPJ would make a perfect Simon Serrailler. I was amazed when she replied and said she agreed...but that he was too old

Enjoying MasterChef so far. Last night there was a woman on it who had pink hair! How absurd

cblasz no HIMYM spoilers please. Robyn and Barney haven't had the wedding yet here in the UK.

I just watched the first episode of The Americans ( with the divine Matthew Rhys) looks interesting.

Hi

Brooklyn 99, yes in the great tradition of Taxi and Cheers

Otherwise it has to have a dead body fairly quick, Midsomer will do for lighter moments but the hard stuff is Scandinavian Crime - Wallander, the Killing, the Bridge.

University Challenge and Only Connect.

Look forward to finding a complete Breaking Bad for under £40 someday. And series 4 of Warehouse 13 ( if you liked the X files and Buffy the Vampire Slayer you will probably like Warehouse 13).

Apart from these I prefer finding old, classics on YouTube to most telly output. Why is contemporary Dr Who so shouty?

Before I forget...if you haven't seen it yet I highly recommend "The Trip" with Steve Coogan and Rob Brydon. It's is very amusing...and there's lots of delicious food to salivate at. They have a new one coming up next week...set in Italy. Very much looking forward to that!!
