4) 6-7 glasses water/tea per day
5) Exercise - 10,000 steps a day + an hour of "real" exercise 3X per week.

Does anyone else watch Wilfred (the USA version was on BBC3). It is very adult humour but can be very funny.
Havent heard of that one Brandie but will look out for it..what night is it on?
It finished on sunday but probably still on Iplayer. they showed the whole of the third series over 3 weeks.
