Busy weekend @Sue.Q then plumbing crisis - ie leaking loo and under-the-kitchen-sink drama now £120 poorer, but at least have a loo and kitchen sink which function

I'm feelin a bit queasy...had hummingbird cake today - out for friend's birthday...
Then SIL arrived home with custard tarts and choc cake!
I didnt crack on i'd already had big slab of cake today ( plus big bowl scouse w buttered roll )and i ate custard tart and choc cake watching bakeoff
Me n friend only ordered one cake between us but the slice they brought was massive!
Well what else can a girl do on her forum anniversary but eat cake!
Feel pretty ill now tho..fast will be welcome tomoz to ease my aching tum! X

The site looks smart today but why is it so very slow?

It's not slow on my PC at the moment anyway, but there aren't many posts today so maybe the mobile version is slow, or people are out in the sunshine.

It's a bit like ghost town isn't it! Not slow on my ipad tho

@rawkaren its been slow for me this past week which has kept me away from the forum.
You back from holiday Karen? thats gone quick.
The testing on the new mobile version I'm finding very quick indeed and @carorees wants more volunteers if you're interested and you Candy @CandiceMarie want to come and play in the new tent?

Sometimes I think little tweaks have happened on the forum. Maybe it's just my eyes playing tricks who knows. Glad everyone's seems ok.
I've not been around so much as went back to work this week and had something to do almost every eve as well.
Missing my buddy @nursebean, luckily @CandiceMarieis never far away. Will have to rename, bean, oates and candy.

@Sue.Q i ve a very old very basic mobile that i don't use except to look at the time!
I only just about caught on to videos when they were on their way out..and have been lagging behind the latest developments ever since! I' m just an old fashioned innocent Victorian Miss! i still wear crinolines and no, i dont have a big bum..its just the bustle on my dress! xx

@Candicemarie OH Really do I sound as if I've a mobile phone glued to my earhole?
My mobile is used to text and the occasional call when needed.
However my trusted tablet is mobile yes?
As is your iPad although I'm thinking carorees does want a few phone users to try out the new site before going
global so to speak.

Well i am truly baffled now@Sue.Q I know i can but don't use Skype or Facetime..but a mobile? Who knew? Are you saying i can make phone calls? X
