Good morning this bright and sunny Tuesday!
My hair has nearly finished soaking in the goodness of three teaspoons of melted coconut oil for an hour and a half, I will totter off and wash it out with coconut shampoo and feel like a goddess.
Visiting two gorgeous grandsons this pm, much to be done before that so best get tuit!

My news is that we're going to adopt a new kitten in a week's time, so here's your cute kitten photo for today.

She's called Rags and is 9 weeks old

Have confirmed with Cats Protection that we will be picking her up on Monday...excited!

Thank you. I'm all curly this morning as I went to bed with my hair damp. I have a little bit of frizz but just massaged a tspn in and now I have non frizzy curls....

I wonder of coconut oil on my hair would be a good antidote to the awful hard bore water we have to use up here??

Very likely Debs as my water here is very hard and the coconut oil makes all the difference. Give it a go :0)

I can confirm that coconut oil on hair chilled down to 16c can turn solid. As experienced in the car today with aircon on full blast

Back to school for them (yesterday) back to routine for me today. It feels so strange after eight weeks of holiday!

Fasted yesterday which meant I could have biscuits at twins club this morning - yay! Just sitting here with lunch and my own moggie. Harry (the moggie) and I discovered this morning that we both REALLY like the new CoYo coconut yoghurt. I enjoyed some with chopped plums for breakfast, and he enjoyed polishing the bowl afterwards. Who knew cats liked coconut??

I discovered my cats love of coconut when he started licking my legs which had been moisturized with coconut oil. But then again he loves papaya too! Oh and I love coyo too.

Our new kitten is Ziggy after Ziggy Stardust,who played guitar and had a band called The Spiders from Mars.
