Hi all, if I seem a bit ignorant about peoples woes, please excuse me, i haven't kept up with the news. I've been buzy. Today is the pressure washing of the patio, with one BBQ under our belt already. I will put the pictures up tonight (if I can remember how again).
Healthwise I'm still hunky dory, today i seem to have a closed up throat again, but I won't worry about it until its been going on a few days. I'm still finding walking to be problematic and may have to start a program of walking around the village to ease it into proper use again.
I tried a fast yesterday and sort of failed, as in Xmas pudding and cream failed. But, it was a good solid 20:4 with a pound off this morning, so I'm happy. Tomorrow will be another 16:8 as we have been invited out for a meal with friends who I haven't been able to travel to for 2 years and now I can, yippee!
Its amazing how constant creeps up on you and the debilitation that goes with it. I just keep on being amazed at how different I feel all the time now. Especially now I am doing the progressive weaning from the Tramadol painkillers (nasty withdrawal effects). Once I'm clear of those I can start weaning from the Pregabalin (nerve signal suppressants) and once I'm off both I should be able to start shifting the weight at a decent speed again. My daughter is coming home early August and we will be going on holiday straight after, so I have another target to aim for.
Hugs to those that need it and a few spares extra for the taking.
