My personal take on 5:2 is;
Fasting on Mondays and Thursdays 5:2 36 hours
Green tea all day then less than 500 calories in one meal in the evening.
16:8 all the other days, wey-hey at weekends and daily weighing
It worked for me sloooowly

Yes, it's been heart breaking watching relatives of those who died making their individual tributes to them on tv this week, really brought home to me the extent of those affected by the tragedy.
On a happier note, today is one of those days when the sun is shining, the sky is blue and I feel good to be alive! Been for a lovely canal side walk this afternoon, stopped for a coffee at a village pub, then another walk in the grounds of Norton Priory. Perfect afternoon!
