Loving all the updates and the photos. Thank you.
I'm so glad you're enjoying your hols despite the typical Scottish weather.

Hi y'all - back south now and preparing for first day back at work :frown: carorees - yes I saw the programme on Oban - and 'silverdarling' is because my last name is Herring!
Not sure whether I am a heavier Herring tho, after all those nice scottish meals (home made bread in the place I was staying  ) - will probably resist measuring/ weighing, and just get back on the wagon
But looking forward to picking up the pieces and seeing what the gang has been up to while I,ve been away

Got back from my trip today. Had a great time catching up with an old friend who has moved to Mull. Plenty of eating and probably not enough walking means I'm expecting to have gained a bit at my weigh in, but planning to squeeze 2 fasts in before then! 4 full Scottish breakfasts must have had adetrimental effect! Even on Mull the 5:2 way of life is gaining a foothold...My friend is doing the 2 day diet and knows people doing 5:2!

Welcome back girls! Oops forgot to do any tidying up before your return, oh well it's a bit late now...

Fabulous BH weather where I was, I hope Mull saw some sunshine too Caroline?

Yes, indeed, sun cream was required! :-D

Good! It was really required for me too, but I didn't use any, hence rather pink and glowing in the evening (it's that red hair - as was...)

Scotland seems to be the place, we've just got back from a fabulous trip to the Cairngorms, the breakfasts got a bashing  but we did a fair bit of walking, so hopefully not too much harm done

Well, I braved the scales and had apparently gained 500g but after yesterday's fast have lost 700g so, downward progress has been resumed. Mind you, if I can gain 500g in a long weekend, what will a three week holiday do?

Haha Carorees you are braver than me - I haven't dared weigh or measure - but first fast for 2wks tomorrow, and I think I will give it another fast next week before I go for any stats ...
