Delighted or Disappointed?

Poor you, Ballerina, but these things, (luckily) can be fixed fairly quickly, though they're not pleasant at the time, are they?

Blubber, on the other hand, deserves a long term approach and some respect for its tenacity. However, as you say, it's GONE!! And we have the tools to make sure it STAYS away!
That's amazing, it certainly shows that 5:2 works beyond the 'fad' phase everyone on the 'outside' seems to think it is.

Great inspiration for newbies and mediumies (! 8 months I've been here) and those that are struggling.
Ha ha! I like the word " mediumies" @Greenmonster that's great! I've been here since October so what does that make me? Er? Nearlynewbie? Nellienewbie?...sorry :(

Bean
Certainly not a 'hasbeanie' bean!!
Perhaps a 'wannabean'
Perhaps not the best 'after' photo (the jeans look a tad baggy!) but you get the picture @julianna

Ashamed to say I thought the same

Ballerina x
Very well done on your weight loss Penny & your fastiversary & I agree it is sustainable
& very inspiring photos you must feel so proud of yourself. I am creeping, weight wise, towards my fastiversary.
Happy fastiversary! Looking good, but that outfit is not doing you any favours...we need to see you in something that shows off the new figure to maximum effect! Baggy trousers are so last year darling! (i.e.when we used to be fat!) Skinnies all the way nowadays!
Wow! Penny Fantastic :like: and to think you did such an amazing transformation in just 3 days! (your after pic is dated in 2012, did you mean Dec 28th 2013?) ;)

I award you 'Miss eagle eye, 2014'!
Changed now.
Usually wear skinnies, but it was a dog walking day - oh and we happened to visit the pub!

But, best of all @greenmonster and @ballerina you're in luck, because they...have... rooms

You could make a short break, take in some curry, meet us, enjoy some shopping in Chester and perhaps @callyanna and @merlin could join us for a jolly lunch somewhere xx
Merlin is always up for lunch somewhere!
Happy fastiversary PFT! What a fantastic result for you!

To be on a diet for a year seems like a long time. But with 5/2 it's so simple

A year or two in a lifetime is nothing and to improve ones health, body, mind and spirit in that considerably short period of time is really something and worth the effort. But with 5/2 it's so simple and doable :victory:
Thanks @PennyForthem well done! Hey, guess what I worked out???
You've lost 1 cm off your waist for every kg you've lost! You've lost 22.22 KGS and nearly23 cms off your waist! Now that's AMAZING!!! :victory: :victory:
