That is wonderful news Caroline. Thanks for the tips on how you did it as I'm going to Phuket in October and I may try your system. :-) Welcome back. :-)
Nice to have you back. Sounds like lovely break. We used to holiday a lot in Norfolk and I loved the grebes. We used to watch them for hours in the spring when they dance. Losing weight after all that is just the icing on the cake!
Glad to see you home {hugs} and your diet exceeding expectations. Sort of trying a similar method currently, kind of 5:2 meets 16:8 meets LCHF!!
We had loads of peacock butterflies on our buddlia recently, gorgeous things.
Go you!! Welcome back and well done! Echoing what others have said, what I LOVE about this WOE is that it allows us to really enjoy the special things in life with everyone else.
Welcome back. Sounds like a wonderful holiday and you lost weight!! Doesn't get much better.
Welcome back and congrats on the milestone!!

Oh sounds lovely - I plan to make it to Sweden one of these days, despite fish being so prominent on the menu ;-) I'm afraid my Swedish grandparents' cooking has me convinced that I would lose weight on a Swedish holiday ;-) I loved them, but feared what emerged from their kitchen LOL
Welcome back, sounds like you had a lovely holiday. The more I read about people's holiday eating experiences the more I'm convinced that this way of life really is changing our eating habits.
Welcome back Caroline and well done on meeting your goal, also on not actually gaining weight like most of us do
Your post makes me more positive about my next holiday, because I will probably skip breakfast and cut down on carbs, so you've given me a few ideas :like: Thanks for that :clover: Sue
How awesome to come back from 3 weeks Holiday to a loss on the scale! :like:

Let me add to the list of people who missed you the past few weeks! Welcome back!
Welcome back Caroline! And how cool is that? Losing weight and inches while on holiday! :star: Sounds like you had a wonderful, relaxing time. :like: Good to have you back. :)
That's great Caro! :victory:
Not surprised that you are delighted, you should be! This shows that 'mindful eating' is a great help when not actually doing 5:2. Well done! :star:
I love the description of your holiday, it sounds a rural idyll. I wonder if the chicks are still keeping up their survival struggle.
Oh, and it's great to have you back, we missed you!
Welcome back Caroline! Glad you had a fabulous holiday, and managed to lose weight and inches at the same time!! :victory:
Welcome home, Caroline. We all missed you. Congratulations on your weight and inch loss - that's brilliant! Thanks for your description of the wildlife too - it all sounds wonderful :)
Welcome back Caroline, pleased you had a good holiday and even more pleased about the weight and inch loss
