Well done Lesley54!

I too have realised that I have very few clothes that fit me now, and the same for shoes as my feet have gone down over half a shoe size. I managed with insoles for a while but they really are too big now and have to go.

As you say a lovely problem to have! Enjoy shopping

Remember that you can do some altering!
Well done, excellent progress so far!!!

Thanks Windsinger. Enjoy buying too. Isn't it a lovely feeling? I too have to look for some summer shoes, but not because my feet have shrunk. Unfortunately, I don't enjoy shoe shopping as my feet are wide.

TML thank you.
Yes I could alter, but when I say too big, I mean by 2 sizes. A long time ago I would have got the sewing machine out but working full time and with a family to cater for, time is precious. I will do though on my few very expensive items. I am only looking to shop in Primark and similar cheap shops as I still have about 1stone to shed.

Once again, thank you both for your kind comments.

Well today really is a FANTASTIC DAY.

Two weeks ago I set myself a mini goal to reach losing 2 stone by my birthday. I had 3lb to lose to do it. Last week I lost 1lb. So, could I do it?

Today is my birthday, so first thing I did was to jump on the scales.

YES...... A loss of 2lb this week. Total loss of 28lb. = 2 stone.

WOW. FANTASTIC.
Now on to the next target. (After birthday celebrations of course)

Lesley

Love these posts. Helps to keep me motivated. It'll be a long time before I am near 16 but I shall get there. Current trousers starting to get loose and yes I wore a pair of jeans yesterday that I couldn't stand to have on for the last 3 months. My favourite pair so really pleased to be able to wear them again.

Well I'm still going strong on 5:2. Off on holiday next week so had a shopping session. Some of my clothes are size 12 and some are size 14. That includes my shorts!! Another goal reached. Yaaaahoooo.

I hope to get one or two fasts in over the next two weeks to make sure I don't blow all I have achieved so far. If I don't manage it, so what.. I can pick it up later. :like:

I have lost 32lb and almost at my goal. I have said all along that I will be sensible and stop before I start to look too thin and ill, so now looking to lose between half to another stone. What I now need to do is tone up the wobbly bits.... tummy, top of legs, bum and bingo wings.

After my holiday I am thinking of starting on the 30 day shread. I am now at a place where the scales don't matter as much as body shape.

I have really enjoyed all the results of this WOE and have found it really easy to stick with. So if you are new to this or just struggling at the moment, take it from me..... KEEP going. It is worth it.
