Fantastic Moogie. And I am almost 2cm shorter than I put in to the tracker. Don't want to know what my bmi and tdee really is.

Congratulations, Moogie. You are completely justified in celebrating two such important achievements - and where better than here - your very own forum!
Love your before and after picture ! You are a role model for the rest of us ! Thankyou for all you do
Wow! Congratulations and thanks for posting your success. I love to read about success on this WOL, it gives me hope and keeps me going. xx
Well done moogie can't wait to be posting that news. Sue
Wow, didn't expect so many replies - thanks everyone! I've never thought of myself as a role model, but I know it's always encouraging to hear when others are doing well so I'm glad if this has given any of you a bit of a boost too. I'm certainly feeling good today!
As for how I'm celebrating... well, we have friends over tonight and I'm cooking up a Mexican feast - I've made key lime pie and chilli so far, now I'm going to try to bake some corn bread (after a week long mission to find Polenta!) and this evening I'll be prepping Mexican style rice and crispy chicken fajitas... naturally we'll be having cheesy nachos and dips for starters. So, a true feast! But having done a liquid fast yesterday I know I won't be able to over indulge - and that's a good thing really!
Will probably save the clothes shopping until I've reached my target, as that should then see me through until I need a new winter wardrobe and am hopefully another stone down
Gotta love 5:2
Hope to hear more about all your milestones too, there are plenty to celebrate if you think about it - BMI number changes, stones and half stones, nice round numbers of kg lost, waist measurements etc etc. Find yourself lots of little goals and you'll always have something to be pleased about!

Congratulations Moogie:). What an accomplishment:). What a blessing to finally find a WOE that doesn't promote guilt and still lose weight! Thank you so much for sharing your inspiring story for the rest of us! Just makes me more determined to keep on my journey and to enjoy it in the process:).
