As mentioned on my other thread, i decided yesterday to free up some space in the living room and return the treadmill... oh yes the treadmill, that sat gathering dust in 2009 and 2010. Oh dear.

anyway, inpspired by MMs new book im ready for anything.

I invite you all to join the mini club i set up. the new tent is erected and only 23 people thus far. plenty of room for more.

you qualify if

a) you have been following some variant of Intermittent Fasting
b) you understand the importance of moving
c) you acknowledge the potential of HIT (High intensity training or high intensity interval training) as an effective method of getting fit and supporting your calorie restriction methods to improve your waistline and get fit.
d) you have not touched that gym equipment piece in your home for a bit, visited the gym for ages
e) you have in fact been really good at HIT or other exercise and would like to share the discusiion

Just reading through many viewed but unanswered posts.....had to smile at this one as in my garage I have a twist disc (kept falling off) a sit/roll up bar (dog kept grabbing the rail thinking it was attacking me when I growled through gritted teeth )as I struggled to do repeats. A hoopla hoop (could never master more than 3 rotations before it dropped to the floor) and a push/pull wheel used in a kneeling position (always pushed too far and could'nt pull back without straining the bingo wings :grin: ) But I will dust em off and..... put em on EBAY !!! I've purchased Davina Mcall FIT IN 15 (all sessions including cool down chill out and meditation take an hour and a half but you don't have to do it all in one go. Will be using this DVD Monday afternoons (I work 9-1 and am home by 1.30 and have the house to myself....and dog til 4pm. I've also found a new local ZUMBA class on a Thursday ( Thurs I work 9-6 the class is 6.30-7.30) so needless to say I do not fast on Thursdays :lol: One day I will find the courage to try on a pair of skinny jeans :wink:
I've been on the treadmill (aka dreadthrill) for about 10 days, plus bike. Have signed up!
